Our production is organized through two main production plants - an offset plant and a finishing plant. They are connected by an organizing and controlling system through which the stages of preparation, production and packaging are controlled.

Each type of raw material and product undergoes a series of activities before, during and after production and is handled by technologists, those supervising the quality of the materials and the products, a laboratory in which the quality is tested and more, aiming towards the fastest production and having the best quality.

By manufacturing hundreds of different products made of carton board and paper for meeting the needs of different industrial branches, we tried to organize the same treatment for all our clients regardless of their size or the type of product.

We believe that we have succeeded in doing so and that our buyers, which above all we consider to be business partners, are the best proof of that.

Printing plant

Grafokarton's offset printing plant has five B1 and B0 format offset machines, the main one being the Roland 800 B0 format 5-color machine. In that plant there is a B0 format varnishing machine and our own paint-mixer. · Pre-press for the offset plant uses a computer system (McIntosh platform), while Grafokarton also makes films on a B0 format copier as a service to its clients.

Finishing plant

Grafokarton finishes its products made of carton board and paper using four automatic B0 and B1 format die-cutters, a line of semi-automatic B2 format die-cutters, sheet fed presses for packaging with polypropylene and PVC, and a line of two gluing machines, foil machines, B0 format sheet fed presses and more.

The demanding "hand made" products are manufactured in a separate department. The transport packaging made of wave board is manufactured in a special part of the plant allocated for the production of transport packaging.

Preparation for the finishing plant is made in our own workshop (for making tools) with the help of computer designs.
