The history and tradition of Grafokarton go back to the 1920s, when the production of carton board packaging was launched at a site at which today the factory is located.

In 1960, the company changed its name to "Grafokarton" under which it has been present on the market for forty years now.

Many generations of printmakers and print workers got their experience and training in this company, and often there are cases of fathers and sons working together.

Therefore, we can proudly say that Grafokarton is a traditional, family-type factory in which generations have been concentrating on quality.

During the course of decades the ownership structure has been changing. Today, once again, Grafokarton is a private, family-owned factory, by which it also encompasses the traditional ways of carrying out its operations and management.

The owners and managers, Mr. Zdravko Jurak and Mr. Dubravko Jurak, are the managing and organizational team of the Company which unites many years of experience in the international trade and management at the one side with the latest ideas which concern development and production, related to the present and the future era of the graphic and packaging industry at the other.

Such a course of development, probably the only possible one, is characterized by a high-quality organization and market performance, which is why today Grafokarton is rightfully one of the leading companies in its industry in this part of Europe.
